As you’ve probably figured out by now, I like to have several irons in the fire when it comes to crochet. Which means I’m always starting something new. This could mean that I’ve taken on too much and split my focus. I prefer to think of it as always having something to work on, no matter what my mood. Just like with books. If I keep some non-fiction, a murder mystery, and a historical fiction on hand then I can just pick what sound good at the time.
All that to say that I’m starting another new project this week. I’m always in need of baby shower gifts so I thought I would get some ready ahead of time. I found a pattern for some cute baby bibs in the Aug/Sept ’06 issue of Crochet Today. So, yes, I get to add to My Big Project.
As you can see I get to use more of the #3 thread I used in the tapestry bowl, but this will probably go much, much faster.
